people. Steve and Peter recognize that after a person is injured they are usually not in a position
to handle the rigors of the insurance claims process or the legal proceedings which oftentimes
likely result.
There are only two lawyers at Karp and Hart Law Office – Steve Karp and Peter Hart. Each
has over thirty-five years experience handling negligence cases. This is the only kind of work
they have practiced and it is limited to the representation of the injured person only – not
insurance companies. They do not have paralegals behind the scenes doing the work nor do they
take cases only to pass them on to other lawyers for a referral fee.
If you have been injured by the carelessness of someone else in an automobile accident, premises
injury like a trip or slip and fall, dog bite or from nursing home or medical malpractice, we
would ask that you give Steve or Peter a call before deciding which law firm to choose.
Please keep in mind that there are many law firms advertising on the internet claiming to
specialize in personal injury work. However, after closer investigation you will see that most of
these firms practice many different types of law.
How can a lawyer stay up to date on the law when he or she is doing a Will one day, a criminal
case the next day, a divorce case the third day and on the fourth day is understanding the fine
intricacies of personal injury law including dealing with claims’ adjusters from the insurance
companies? Unlikely.
